It takes the help and support of more than 90 volunteers to make this exciting weekend possible. We also need help in the weeks leading up to the show to get the school ready for the big event. Read on for more details about tasks, shifts, and how to sign up! We can't do it without you!
POTTERY SHOW VOLUNTEER POSITIONS
Door Monitors: Greet customers at the front entrance, collect the suggested donation, and hand out programs.
Floor Walkers: Assist customers by carrying their pots to the holding area where they will be stored until they are ready to check out. Floor Walkers will be assigned to particular rooms and must be careful handling pots.
Flow Monitors: Ensure that customers in line get to the next available register without rushing cashiers. Must be able to lift and carry pottery to cashiers.
Holding Table: Take pots from Floor Walkers and place them in the holding area under customers' names. Group pots for check-out.
All above tasks take place during the following shifts:
Friday, December 6, 5:45 PM–9:00 PM
Saturday, December 7, 9:45 AM–1:30 PM OR 1:15 PM–5:00 PM
Sunday, December 8, 10:45 AM–1:30 PM OR 1:15 PM–4:00 PM
